Organisation structure

The IKSP is headed by a Director who is appointed and dismissed by the Minister of Justice. The Director of the IKSP appoints and dismisses the Secretary of the Institute, who is also his deputy. The Institute's organisational units consist of a research group, a secretariat, an economic department and working teams made up of researchers working on individual research tasks under the direction of responsible researchers. The heads of these units and the responsible researchers for each research task are appointed and dismissed by the Director of the IKSP.
