Anotation
The monograph offers the results of its own empirical research, which focused on tracking the criminal careers of offenders who were convicted between 20002 and 2003 for some of the two drug offences regulated in sections 187 and 187a of the Criminal Code. The two sets were examined separately and a subsequent comparison was made. The research population comprised a total of 1,213 drug offenders.
