Juveniles in Pespective of Criminology
Anotation
The publication presents findings from four related surveys that have been carried out in the IKSP in the recent period. The first part presents findings from the analysis of reports submitted to law enforcement authorities in the context of decision-making under Act No. 218/2003 Coll. on Juvenile Justice. The next part of the publication reports on the results of research on the moral and legal consciousness of today's secondary school students, which was conducted using specially designed stimulus texts. The results were compared with similar research conducted in1991. The third major chapter of this monograph discusses the extent to which pupils' aggression towards their teachers is escalating, and the final chapters offer a glimpse into the subsequent criminal careers of adolescents who were ordered to be institutionalized as children.
