Anotation
The monograph offers the results of the research carried out at the IKSP. The theoretical part presents a brief overview of the concept and strategy of drug policy in the Czech Republic, an analysis of the legal regulation of drug offences and some criminal law institutes used in the detection and prosecution of drug crime. There is also a description of the development of the drug scene, including epidemiological studies and an excursus into the issue of drug use in prisons.
