Anotation
The publication presents findings obtained from selected criminal files and from a questionnaire survey among experts dealing with drug issues in the criminal justice system of the Czech Republic. The aim of this STUDY was to obtain a more general view of the current possibilities of the criminal justice system in the framework of drug policy, as well as some specific information, not only in terms of relevant legal norms, but especially in their application in practice.
