The publication summarises the results of the research project on the application of criminal law reform. It focuses on the most significant changes in criminal legislation and on the application of selected sanctions in judicial practice. It analyses the presentation of the changes to the criminal law in the media and presents findings from research on public attitudes towards sanctions policy.
