Anotation
The monograph presents the results of the research carried out at the IKSP. In the theoretical part, selected Czech and foreign literary sources and an overview of legal regulations related to the topic are presented. The empirical part includes a probe into the issue of socially pathological phenomena among the homeless and shelter residents, as well as a case study of those individuals who have managed to return from the streets back into society.
