Cybercrime in a criminological perspective
Annotation
This publication presents findings from research on selected areas of cybercrime. It summarizes mainly the results of the analysis of criminal files related to the so-called cybercrimes (§230-232 of the Criminal Code) and also includes several thematic areas treated in more detail. The publication also includes selected findings obtained through the STUDY of foreign and domestic literature and relevant documents, analysis of legislation and relevant case law, available statistical data, as well as consultations with selected experts.
