Anotation
Monograph brings results from realisation of research project ?Theoretical and Criminal Policy Aspects of Criminal Law Reform in the Field of Criminal Sanctions supported by Grant Agency of the CR. It sums the knowledge from the survey of expert opinions? judges, state attorneys and probation and mediation officers on the practical experience with application of selected sanctions in accordance with the Criminal Code. This knowledge is completed by the evaluation of praxis of courts with application ofthese sanctions. Analysis enabled to formulate the conclusions and recommendations de lege ferenda.
