Anotation
The publication offers findings from analyses carried out at the IKSP, which focused on a new institution, namely the so-called use of an agent. The reasons for its introduction as an effective means of detecting and documenting serious forms of crime; such as, in particular, the activities of organized criminal groups and corruption are discussed.
