The publication deals with the basic statistical indicators of criminal activity in the Czech Republic and analyzes its development trends until 2015. It describes the state of crime in the last year, its changes compared to the previous period in the number of recorded crimes, their composition and clarity. It contains information on known offenders broken down by sex, age and crime committed, and some data on suicides. The publication also includes professional articles on the state and development of drug crime in the Czech Republic, on the basic characteristics of organized crime in the Czech Republic in 2015, on current forms of so-called cybercrime and the possibilities of their punishment, and information on the number and composition of victims of crime. The specialist book is complemented by a number of graphs and tables, including appendices, following previous analyzes of crime trends.
