Preventive practice after the amendment of the Act on Social-Legal Protection of Children
Annotation
The monograph follows on from the previous study entitled "Systemic approach to crime prevention" and informs about the results of two new empirical investigations, which were focused on the broader context of the current state of the Early Intervention System after the amendment to the Act on the Social-Legal Protection of Children No. 401 came into force /2012 Coll. The work focuses on the possibilities and limits of the activities of the workers of the social and legal protection of children (OSPOD) in the field of prevention and resocialization according to this law and on the activities of prevention managers at the local level in this area. He notes the problems of implementing the current possibilities of preventive work and points out the strengths and weaknesses of the current systemic approach to the prevention of antisocial youth behavior.
