Family group conferences

The publication presents the results of a research, the main aim of which was to summarize the experiences and opinions of direct participants of family group conferences, which were carried out by the Probation and Mediation Service in 2012-2015 as part of the project "On the right track!". The rate of subsequent recidivism of offenders was also analysed. The publication also includes an overview of the basic theoretical background of family group conferences, as well as findings from foreign studies on their effectiveness
