Selected problems in the field of domestic violence in the Czech Republic

Anotation
The monography presents data gained from the two surveys focuses on partnership domestic violence. One of these surveys relates to women - victims of the partnership domestic violence who live in asylum institutions. The other one investigated cases of partnership domestic violence by judicial criminal files analysis (closed proceedings). The work includes the whole country´s data of state departments statistics concerning registered domestic violence cases during the last few years. It informs about legal modifications in the area of the CR domestic violence protection. It also informs about the present domestic violence offenders´ corrective treatment (in the framework of the Czech Republic Ministry of Justice authority /prison, probation and mediation service/).
